Synapticon GmbH is seeking a Product & Production Quality Engineer to own production quality, drive root-cause investigations, and implement permanent fixes across manufacturing. The role blends hands-on testing with rigorous documentation and collaboration with engineering to industrialize production processes.
You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to address issues, perform 8D-style problem solving, and improve tooling, fixtures, and test setups. Travel up to 30% is expected.
