We are seeking an experienced CAE Engineer - Strength & Durability to support automotive structural analysis and durability simulation activities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ANSA for finite element meshing and Abaqus for FEA simulations, along with experience working closely with design and testing teams to improve product performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform strength, durability, and structural simulations for automotive components and systems.
- Develop high-quality finite element (FE) models using ANSA.
- Execute FEA simulations and analysis using Abaqus.
- Analyze simulation results and provide design improvement recommendations.
- Prepare technical reports, simulation documentation, and engineering presentations.
- Collaborate with design, testing, and engineering teams to validate product performance.
- Support optimization of automotive designs through simulation-driven solutions.
- Maintain engineering records and documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Skills
- 5-15 years of experience as a CAE Strength & Durability Engineer in the automotive industry.
- Strong hands-on experience with ANSA for meshing and FE model preparation.
- Strong expertise in Abaqus for structural and durability simulations.
- Experience with strength analysis, durability evaluation, and structural performance assessment.
- Ability to create simulation reports and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
