Job Details

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • 4+ years of experience in civil engineering and site development design.
  • EIT required, PE license preferred.
  • Experience preparing construction documents and engineering plans for land development projects.
  • Familiarity with local, state, and federal design standards, regulations, and permitting requirements.
  • Background in project coordination and client interaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience with site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility design, and erosion control.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D for diverse backlog of projects.
  • Ability to perform engineering calculations and prepare technical reports.
  • Experience coordinating with surveyors, utility providers, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders.
  • Understanding of permitting and entitlement processes associated with site development projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
