Die Ausbildung dauert zwei Jahre und vermittelt Kenntnisse im Einrichten, Bedienen und Instandhalten von Produktionsmaschinen im Schwerpunkt Metalltechnik. Du lernst außerdem das Prüfen mit Messvorrichtungen, das Umrüsten von Fertigungsanlagen und erhältst durch Gleitzeitkonto, 30 Urlaubstage, Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld sowie weitere Mitarbeiter-Benefits.
