Design and develop manufacturing automation systems, including assembly automation, machine integration, and process optimization solutions.
Develop conveyor systems, material handling equipment, and transfer mechanisms to support efficient production flow.
Design and implement pick-and-place systems using pneumatic, servo, and robotic technologies.
Develop and integrate industrial robotic automation systems for assembly, machine tending, packaging, inspection, and material handling applications.
Design jigs, fixtures, and tooling to support manufacturing, assembly, testing, and inspection processes.
- Proficient in Bowl feeder selection
- Proficient in Sensor selection
- Proficient in Material handling equipment’s & SPM
- Proficient in stand part selection (like LM Guide, servo motors, etc)
Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Solid Works.
A thorough knowledge of the use of electrical devices (i.e. switches, load cells, LVDT’s, etc.).
Must demonstrate a strong ability to conceptualize and create solutions for complex design requirements.
Able to handle 10-12 team member, Able to co-ordinate with Onsite offshore
