Site Design and Land Development Engineer

Seeking a Site Design and Land Development Engineer with Competitive Pay + Bonus.

Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year.

Our client is a multidisciplinary consulting firm that provides engineering, architectural, planning, and project support services for a diverse range of public and private sector projects. With a long-standing reputation for technical excellence and client-focused service, this company delivers innovative solutions for site development, infrastructure, transportation, commercial, institutional, and municipal projects throughout the region and beyond.

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a motivated Site Design Engineer to support the planning, design, and execution of a variety of land development and civil engineering projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in civil engineering and site development design.
• EIT required, PE license preferred.
• Experience preparing construction documents and engineering plans for land development projects.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal design standards, regulations, and permitting requirements.
• Background in project coordination and client interaction.

• Experience with site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility design, and erosion control.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D for diverse backlog of projects.
• Ability to perform engineering calculations and prepare technical reports.
• Experience coordinating with surveyors, utility providers, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders.
• Understanding of permitting and entitlement processes associated with site development projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
