Schedule: This is a temporary Internship Opportunity. Internship Cycles are flexible, available all year around and/or during the summer. 8AM-5PM, may vary, depending on location.

As an Engineering Intern, you'll play a key role in supporting plant engineering projects that improve safety, reliability, efficiency, quality, and overall operations. You'll gain valuable hands‑on experience working alongside engineers, technicians, and operations teams in both office and manufacturing environments.

• Supporting capital projects from concept development through installation, commissioning, and project closeout.
• Collecting and analyzing operational data to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
• Creating and updating equipment layouts, process flow diagrams, scopes of work, schedules, and other project documentation.
• Collaborating with engineers, maintenance teams, contractors, vendors, and plant personnel to execute projects successfully.
• Participating in equipment inspections, field measurements, installation oversight, and start‑up activities.
• Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, reliability, and operational excellence.

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with the ability to gather data and develop practical solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CAD or other technical software is a plus.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in both office and manufacturing environments while adhering to all safety requirements.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for training, vendor visits, or project support.
