• Warmly welcoming guests as they enter and sharing information about our specials and events.
• Expressing gratitude to guests as they leave and encouraging them to return.
• Managing the waiting list and assisting with table management.
• Bussing tables and aiding servers to ensure smooth operations.
• Answering phone calls with professionalism and care.
• Inputting carry-out orders into the POS system, making suggestions, ensuring accuracy, and handling payments.
• Providing support to servers and managers throughout the dining area.
