Responsibilities:
- Dry haircuts for men and women.
- Excellent customer service, understanding, and fulfilling customer needs.
- Selling hair care products.
- Actively shaping a positive, collegial work environment.
- Ensuring order and cleanliness in shared areas.
Requirements:
- At least one year of professional experience or training in hairdressing.
- English skills at an intermediate level (B1 or higher).
- Basic digital skills for appointment management and communication.
- European passport.
Benefits:
Competitive Compensation:
We offer a salary model that honors experience. The starting salary is 2,300 € net per month for candidates with 0–2 years of experience. Additional bonuses are based on performance, overtime, and product sales. With increasing experience, the salary also increases.
Work Time & Flexibility: 37-hour workweek with two free Saturdays per month. All overtime is paid.
