Measure Tech

• Complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measure appointments efficiently and accurately
• Perform in-home measurements, calculations, quote review, and presentation
• Provide quality professional customer service and maintain customer relationships
• Support sales, product inquiries, and installation coordination
• Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain project steps
• Answer customer questions using product and services knowledge
• Identify opportunities to engage customers in other services programs
• Follow policies, procedures, and work schedules
• Collaborate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers
• Report directly to the Assistant Market Manager

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
• Reliable Transportation
• High school diploma and/or GED
• 1+ years of previous related work experience
• No previous leadership experience required
• Must continuously stand or walk or regularly lift, handle, or carry material or equipment of moderate weight (8–20 pounds)
• Travel between locations required
• Must use company-issued devices

Demonstrates strong customer service skills while efficiently performing in-home measurements and calculations. Capable of collaborating with team members and managing customer relationships effectively.
