• Manage and grow a portfolio of VIP trading clients, focusing on retention, engagement, and asset growth.
• Drive key VIP metrics including trading volume, onboarding conversion, and growth.
• Provide high-touch, one-on-one relationship management tailored to client trading behavior and needs.
• Analyze client trading patterns and performance data to identify engagement and growth opportunities.
• Share market insights, trading strategies, and product updates to support active trading.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP clients, including occasional in-person meetings when required.

• Native-level German and professional working proficiency in English (required).
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 1–3 years of experience in VIP client management, relationship management, key account management, or similar roles.
• Experience in crypto exchanges or Web3 is a strong plus; candidates from traditional finance (futures, derivatives, brokerage, CFD trading) are also welcome.
• Hands-on experience or strong understanding of leveraged trading, futures, or derivatives products (required).
• Strong communication skills, high responsiveness, and a client-oriented mindset.
