From the very beginning, you will accompany EY ifb and develop yourself step by step. You start with the "New Joiner Program", in which you and other new joiners get to know the finance and insurance industry. At EY ifb, you take responsibility in international projects and actively shape complex SAP transformation processes. You contribute your experience in a targeted way – from strategic consulting to implementing innovative solutions for our clients in the financial sector. In doing so, you work as an equal partner with decision-makers and continuously develop both our services and your own profile. In our team, you will take on a variety of tasks, including:

• (Partial) Project Management:
  Support and manage medium to large transformation projects in the area of S/4
  
  HANA Finance, particularly for banks, insurance companies, and in Wealth & Asset Management, as well as internal functional leadership.
• Requirements Analysis:
  Assess and optimize business requirements and processes for banks and insurance companies.
• SAP Implementation:
  Introduce SAP solutions, including roadmaps and target operating models.
• Strategic Consulting:
  Act as a sparring partner for CFOs, CROs, and CIOs in key decision‑making processes.
• Business Development:
  Help shape our service offerings and actively participate in project acquisition.

• At least 7–10 years of professional experience in the financial sector, including several years in the SAP Finance S/4
  
  HANA environment with proven experience in leading SAP implementation projects.
• Extensive expertise in SAP R/3 or SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance, particularly in the FI/CO and AP/AR modules.
• Excellent command of English, strong leadership and communication skills, as well as international project experience and willingness to travel are also required.
