We are seeking a hands-on Senior Finance Manager to partner closely with leadership and drive strategic decision-making through strong financial insight, reporting, and execution. This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the CEO, with strong potential to evolve into a Director of Finance position.
Position OverviewThe Senior Finance Manager will own financial reporting, forecasting, commissions, and cashflow management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role combines strong technical expertise with business partnership and executive-level communication.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with outsourced accounting to ensure accurate, timely month-end close and financial reporting
- Review and analyze monthly financial statements, accruals, and variances
- Prepare executive financial packages highlighting performance, risks, and opportunities
- Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning
- Manage cashflow forecasting and liquidity monitoring
- Oversee payroll and commission analysis, modeling, and validation
- Identify financial risks, margin improvement, and operational efficiencies
- Build scalable models and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and Quick Books
- Establish and monitor KPIs to support performance management
- Partner with the CEO and senior leadership on strategy and growth initiatives
- Communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- 5+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior-level or leadership responsibilities
- CPA designation preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Strong background in reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI and Quick Books
- Experience supporting commission-based compensation structures
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

Salary Range: 95, annually
