Thisrolerequiresdeeptechnicalexpertise,hands-on execution,andtheabilitytocollaboratecross-functionallywithaccountingandglobalteams.

• Compliance:
  
  Prepareandfileallfederal,state,andlocaltaxreturns;calculateandarrangetaxpayments.
• Provision&Reporting:
  
  Prepare quarterly/yearlytaxprojections,journal entries,andannualtaxprovisionsforaudits.
• Risk Management:
  
  Identifytaxrisks,leadauditsbytaxauthorities,andresolvedisputes.
• Tax advisory:
  
  Adviseontaxissuesof
  
  M&A,business restructuring,liquidation,and other.
• International tax:
  
  Adviseoninternationaltaxissuesassociatedwith
  
  BWIUSentities,includingbutnotlimitedtoforeign withholding tax,permanent establishment,BEPS,and other.
• Transfer Pricing:
  
  Maintaintransferpricingdocumentation(preparationofannualtransferpricingdocumentcouldbeoutsourcedtoexternaltaxadvisor),adviseontransferpricingpolicyofthegroupandensurecompliancewith
  
  OECD/local rules.
• Policy&Controls:
  
  Update
  
  UStaxpoliciesandadviseaccountingteamsontax-efficient practices.
• Regulatory Monitoring:
  
  Trackchangesintaxlawsandimplementnecessaryadjustments.

• CPAorMaster’sin Taxation;7+yearsof
  
  UScorporatetaxexperience(multinational preferred).
• Provenabilitytomanagecompliance,audits,andtaxprovisionsindependently.
• Strongknowledgeof
  
  GAAP/IFRS,taxcode,andtransferpricing.
• Self-drivenwithexceptionalcommunicationandprojectmanagementskills.
