Snapshot of Your Day

As a Business Controller, you will be an integral part of our dynamic international team. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. Your primary responsibility will be to support and collaborate with our team in Germany, Portugal, Egypt and Mexico. You will first establish a new controlling set‑up and then run it going forward working closely with your Finance Head.

  • Support and

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with the Head of Finance Offer & Order Management and the Head of Offer & Order Management
  • Data Analysis:
    Conduct comprehensive data analyses to provide insights and support decision‑making processes
  • Cost Center Controlling:
    Monitor and manage cost centers to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and financial targets
  • Internal Forecasting:
    Lead the preparation and maintenance of internal forecasts, helping to predict future project needs and outcomes
  • Process Optimization:
    Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
What You Bring
  • We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or a different field with some commercial training
  • Language Proficiency:
    Fluency in English is a must, German, Portuguese and Spanish is a plus
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Familiarity with tools such as SAP, Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Alteryx is beneficial
  • Analytical

    Skills:

    Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
  • Communication and Team

    Collaboration:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Ability to work effectively within an international team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

    Aptitude for identifying issues and developing effective solutions
  • Growth Mindset:
    Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt, embracing new challenges and continuously seeking personal and professional development
