• Accounts Receivable (AR):
  Supporting accounting aspects of AR, accurate recording of customer invoices and receipts, verification of daily transactions related to customer receipts, ensuring timely and correct application of payments, TDS certificate issuance, etc.
• Accounts Payable (AP):
  Supporting accounting aspects of AP, ensuring vendor invoices are recorded and processed accurately, TDS payments, returns and query resolution, verification of vendor invoices and payments, salary processing if vendors include payroll services.
• Treasury:
  Monitoring daily fund position to manage liquidity, bank payments, coordination with bankers to execute transactions and maintain banking relationships, bank guarantees text verification, processing and control, Letter of Credit (LC) draft checking, document submission and control.
• Account Management:
  Accounting function JVs, Journal Vouchers, GL General Ledger reconciliations, cost control, daily transaction verification, support for AR/AP accounting, control and compliance of bank guarantees and LC documentation.
• Reporting:
  Monthly, quarterly, annual group reporting, preparation of financial reports annexures and schedules.
• Audit support:
  Financial and tax audits, preparation of documentation and responses to auditor queries.
• Operations:
  Assist plant and finance controllers with daily operations, monthly closing, internal reports, schedules, reconciliations, adhoc reports and data sets.
• Team Management:
  Managing resources, developing and mentoring a high‑performing team, providing training and development opportunities, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong foundation in financial and accounting principles.
• 15 years of professional experience in Finance and Accounting, including at least 5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA in an MNC with engineering/manufacturing setups.
• Proven experience of 5 years managing finance and accounts teams.
• Knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and inspiring diverse teams.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive change and innovation.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
