Mortgage Systems Support (Full-time)

As a key member of our mortgage team, you’ll be responsible for the administration, configuration, and performance of our Loan Origination System (LOS), Point-of-Sale (POS), and related mortgage platforms.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Serve as system administrator for LOS, POS, and ancillary mortgage technologies
- Configure users, roles, workflows, templates, and forms to improve efficiency
- Manage system updates, releases, patches, and integrations
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide end-user support
- Monitor system performance, data integrity, and regulatory compliance
- Analyze workflows and implement automation and process improvements
- Create and maintain system documentation and training materials
- Onboard and train users; manage service tickets and enhancement requests
- Support audits, exams, reporting, and secondary market loan preparation
- Set daily mortgage rates
- Participate in vendor evaluations and mortgage technology roadmap planning
You’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and understand how mortgage systems support real-world lending operations.
Required Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent (degree/certification in IT, Business, or related field preferred)
- Experience in mortgage lending, mortgage operations, or mortgage systems administration
- Strong understanding of credit granting practices and mortgage workflows
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage high volumes of detail with accuracy and consistency
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, vendors, and leadership
- Proficient with mortgage systems, integrations, reporting, and data management
