This is a Part-Time, on-site Universal Banker role located in Grandview Heights, OH. In this position, you will perform a combination of customer service and banking-related tasks, including assisting customers with deposits, withdrawals, and loan-related inquiries. You will provide an exceptional banking experience, handle cash transactions accurately, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will inform customers about bank services and products to meet their financial needs.

• Experience with Deposits, Withdrawals, and Loan Processing
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Cash Handling with a focus on detail and accuracy
• Ability to build strong relationships and identify customer needs
• Previous banking or financial services experience is preferred but not required
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer support
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in finance or related fields is a plus
