Commercial Controller - Major International Projects (m/f/x)

For our worldwide special foundation construction activities we are looking for a Commercial Controller - Major International Projects (m/f/x) for our location Schrobenhausen.

• Coordination of commercial tasks during execution and tender stage for worldwide projects
• Overseeing / evaluation of major international projects (cost control, budget planning, reporting, risk management, cash management)
• Support function on commercial matters for our subsidiaries abroad
• Monitoring and evaluation of project cost, conducting deviation analysis and preparation of executive summary reports

• Completed academic degree, e.g. (International) Business Administration, Finance Management, Civil Engineering or similar studies
• Several years of commercial management experience with a proven international track record in construction industry
• Ability to be a strategic commercial sparring partner and a good negotiator combined with a deep understanding of construction processes (such as calculation and contracts management)
• Good IT knowledge, especially in Microsoft Office and SAP, experience with budgeting software is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written, German and/or any other language a plus
