Analyst – Direct Investments Mid Cap

As an analyst, you are involved in all areas of the investment business from day one and gain deep insights into various markets, business models and transaction structures.

• Analysis and identification of attractive target markets and companies
• Modelling and structuring of acquisitions
• Support in the various due diligence streams
• Participation in the final negotiations
• Cooperation with portfolio companies' management teams to implement value-enhancement measures

• Outstanding master's degree with a commercial or technical background at a renowned university/business school
• Several successfully completed internships and/or initial professional experience with companies in the areas of Private Equity, Investment Banking, Transaction or Management Consulting
• Extensive previous knowledge in the areas of balance sheet, income statement, cash flow analysis, company valuation and financial modelling
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
• Independent and structured way of working
• Ability to work in a team and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and affinity for SMEs
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
