We are looking to strengthen our Finance and Accounting team at our location in Leuna and prospectively in Halle (Saale) on a part‑time or full‑time basis.

• Checking incoming invoices for compliance with legal requirements
• Monitoring and processing our customers’ digital incoming invoices, including account assignment and posting
• Execution of payment transactions
• Ongoing reconciliation of accounts
• Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and, if necessary, special credit evaluations

• Completed commercial training and first relevant professional experience in accounts payable accounting
• Sound and up‑to‑date knowledge of commercial, VAT and travel expenses law desirable
• Ideally experience with the SAP program
• Careful and analytical approach and the ability to prioritize and manage tasks
