Position SummaryWorks under the guidance of the Controller and assists the Controller with directing the organization’s financial operations and administration. Assists the Controller in the preparation and review of financial statements, budgets, monthly forecasts, financial planning, and various other financial operating reports. The FP&A Manager will also be responsible for fixed asset accounting, lease versus buy decisions, ROI and payback analysis related to capital spending, balance sheet analysis, and Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance activities.

- Ability to analyze financial data, identify and explain variances to forecast, use the analysis to forecast going forward
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities using strong organization and prioritization skills.
- High degree of integrity while working with confidential information discreetly and appropriately.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on attention to detail balanced with a big picture focus.
- Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP.
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret financial data with an understanding of GAAP and regulatory requirements as well as company policies, procedures and internal controls.
- Ability to identify and research accounting issues independently and communicate conclusions effectively both verbally and in written form.
- BS. in Business with an emphasis in Finance and/or Accounting with five years of experience in accounting and finance
- 6 months + years of progressive Financial experience
- experience with ERP systems and Excel
- Accounting experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- CPA and/or CMA designation preferred.
Physical demands may include occasional squatting, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting, sitting in a chair, stair climbing, ladder climbing, walking on rough surfaces, and working near moving machinery. The role generally requires moderate physical stamina; the majority of tasks are performed while sitting or standing for extended periods.
