Role Summary
The Wealth Regional Market President is responsible for driving outstanding sales generation and client service by managing, coaching, and guiding Wealth Advisors, Private Client Bankers, and Wealth Associates in a defined market while fostering collaboration with business partner leaders to grow Yellow Cardinal Advisory Group.
Responsibilities- Establish sales goals, define and manage success formulas, and coach business partners.
- Assist with pre‑call planning, client/prospect appointments, and post‑call debriefs to provide real‑time coaching and feedback.
- Develop and implement sales strategies specific to assigned markets.
- Implement and maintain systems infrastructure supporting Wealth and Private Client facing associates, including group email, telephone/call center, and support case tracking.
- Provide leadership and direction to Wealth Associates, who support client‑facing associates.
- Leverage team strengths, identify performance gaps, and provide development opportunities to align with career goals.
- Deliver on implemented KPIs with a focus on continual improvement of the client experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Financial Services.
- Technically sound with demonstrated knowledge of servicing Wealth and Private Clients, investment management needs, operational processes, and key systems.
- Understanding of key performance metrics.
- Relevant experience managing sales and client service teams.
- Ability to achieve high results while adhering to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
- Outstanding leadership and collaborative qualities.
- Master’s degree in Business.
- Advanced designation such as CFP® or ChFC®.
- Manage a team of Wealth Advisors, Private Client Bankers, and Wealth Associates, including hiring, retaining, and ongoing performance management.
- Work with limited supervision, applying guidelines with proficiency and effectively managing team workflow.
- Collaborate with senior and executive roles.

• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
• Frequently sit, stand, walk, and drive.
• Driving as needed.
The associate is responsible for meeting all compliance requirements imposed on First Financial Bank by State and Federal law and regulation, as well as all related First Financial Bank policies and procedures, including Bank Secrecy Act, Anti‑Money Laundering, OFAC, and Suspicious Activity reporting requirements, and all other lending and deposit compliance requirements.
Pay Range$175,000/year to $190,000/year.
