Als Projektmanager (m/w/d) für Logistikimmobilien übernimmst du die ganzheitliche Steuerung anspruchsvoller Bauprojekte – von der Projektidee bis zur erfolgreichen Fertigstellung.
Dein Fokus liegt auf der termingerechten und budgetkonformen Umsetzung sowie der Koordination aller Projektbeteiligten.
- Steuerung und Verantwortung von Bauprojekten im Bereich Logistikimmobilien über alle Projektphasen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Zeitplänen, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards
- Erstellung, Pflege und Überwachung von Termin- und Kostenplänen
- Aktives Risikomanagement sowie frühzeitige Identifikation von Abweichungen
- Koordination und Steuerung aller internen und externen Projektbeteiligten
