- 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field, with increasing ownership and business partnership responsibility.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with advanced Excel capabilities and a high level of comfort working with complex datasets.
- Proven ability to manage budgeting and forecasting processes and translate numbers into clear business insights.
- A structured, detail-oriented approach paired with strong commercial judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and the ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance audiences.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Experience in high-growth technology, fintech, or software businesses.
- Exposure to private markets, venture capital, private equity, fund administration, or financial services.
- Experience improving finance systems, reporting infrastructure, or planning processes in a scaling company.
- Familiarity with KPI development and board or investor reporting support.
If you’re excited to bring rigor, insight, and strategic thinking to a growing company with an ambitious mission, we’d love to hear from you.
