Location: Mark Center
Provide Program Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) support for Crypto Modernization and Post-Quantum Cryptography initiatives. Primary Responsibilities
* Support POM planning and budget development.
* Analyze cryptographic modernization funding requirements.
* Develop budget estimates and cost projections.
* Assess resource shortfalls and funding gaps.
* Support DoD budget certification reviews.
* Develop financial reports and planning documentation.
* Coordinate with DoD Components regarding cryptographic modernization investments.
* Support implementation planning and budgeting for PQC initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
* Master's degree and 12 years of experience; OR
* Bachelor's degree and 14 years of experience.
Experience with :
* PPBE
* POM Development
* CAPE Processes
* Federal Budgeting
