Purpose of the roleEnsures loan files get to closing department on time to meet contract and rate lock deadlines and generate bank documents needed for loan closings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Generate final Closing Disclosure
- Prepares all closing documents and coordinates with title company
- Works closely with legal department to ensure all commercial loan documents are accurate
- Completes Change of Circumstance form or other revisions after CD is complete
- Schedules closings and notifies all parties involved
- Assists with obtaining insurance information and verbal VOEs when needed
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- 3-5 years of mortgage experience
- Prior title company and or real estate mortgage loan experience preferred
- Organized and dependable
- Analytical and attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve and multi-task
- Verbal and Written Communication
- Self-Motivated
- Team Player
