Ensures loan files get to closing department on time to meet contract and rate lock deadlines and generate bank documents needed for loan closings.

• Generate final Closing Disclosure
• Prepares all closing documents and coordinates with title company
• Works closely with legal department to ensure all commercial loan documents are accurate
• Completes Change of Circumstance form or other revisions after CD is complete
• Schedules closings and notifies all parties involved
• Assists with obtaining insurance information and verbal VOEs when needed

• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• 3-5 years of mortgage experience
• Prior title company and or real estate mortgage loan experience preferred
• Organized and dependable
• Analytical and attention to detail
• Ability to problem solve and multi-task
• Verbal and Written Communication
• Self-Motivated
• Team Player
