Position Overview
Branch Manager – Cadiz, OHThe Branch Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of branch performance, driving revenue and customer loyalty, and ensuring a differentiated, omni‑channel customer experience. The role supports the Retail Branch organization at PNC in a collaborative, in‑office setting and focuses on delivering strong financial outcomes while maintaining a high‑performing, inclusive team.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage branch performance, driving revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions and solutions that promote financial well‑being.
- Create a differentiated customer experience by seamlessly integrating technology‑enabled interactions across all channels.
- Collaborate with a broad range of eco‑system partners and community stakeholders to support branch growth and community engagement.
- Oversee risk management and compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and PNC policies.
- Build, coach, and develop a high‑performing team through effective attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development.
- Utilize a branded sales process to achieve sales targets, share‑of‑wallet growth, and customer loyalty.
- Coach team members in consultative selling, technology and advisory skills, and engagement strategies that improve client financial well‑being.
- Lead effective problem resolution to make banking easy for customers and ensure a global PNC customer experience.
- Drive the employee experience, fostering talent development, performance management, and an inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk, exercising sound decision‑making to mitigate sales practice risk.
- 3+ years of related experience in banking or a comparable field; a university or college degree is not required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a bank branch or a similarly sized team.
- Strong understanding of branch operations, risk management, and compliance.
- Proficiency in sales, customer service, and people management.
- Excellent communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, omni‑channel environment.

Base Salary: $70,125.00 – $ (variable with location, market data and individual performance). This role is incentive eligible with compensation based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
