About the RoleAs a Loan Processor you will provide operational support to multiple lending functions in accordance with established systems and procedures. You will ensure schedules and deadlines are met, coordinate with other departments, process and service closed loan files for commercial bankers, originators and loan assistants for installment, commercial, and mortgage loans. You will review documents prior to submission, answer client inquiries and resolve routine problems.
This is a single incumbent position.
Key Responsibilities- Load all loan types on Core Director (Commercial, Consumer, and Residential/FNMA).
- Assist with Fannie Mae daily account balancing, daily and monthly reporting and daily GL balancing.
- Assist internal and external auditors with any requests for review.
- Process construction loans and track draws.
- Manage escrow accounts for taxes, insurance, PMI, payment protection plan, including monthly escrow analysis.
- Perform various clerical duties according to procedures, methods and systems.
- Answer telephone and assist clients with routine inquiries, including quoting payoffs.
- Remain compliant with bank guidelines, policies, procedures, regulatory and BSA requirements.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good communication skills, computer skills, accuracy, flexibility, ability to handle high‑stress situations, regular and predictable attendance, exercise discretion and good judgment, and follow instructions.
- Good organizational and analytical skills.
Paid vacation available at start, 5 PTO days, paid holidays, Monday‑Friday schedule.
