Job Description Summary
We are looking to hire a Sr. Program Analyst that supports the early development of GE Aerospace Edison Works product offerings. In this role, you will utilize an extensive background in Finance to partner with the operations and project teams to drive execution, accountability, and financial commitments in support of numerous Advanced Programs classified and unclassified contracts.
Roles and Responsibilities- Lead/support forecasting for strategy, budget, quarterly disclosures, monthly product line reviews, QMI, and closing activities by working closely with cross‑functional program teams and leadership.
- Lead financial aspects for new government proposals impacting the programs. Work with deal teams to build financial business models, highlight key risks and considerations related to new proposals.
- Lead efforts around compliance with reporting requirements in support of engineering design and initial product launch phases of key programs.
- Perform special analysis of major issues as required and recommend solutions to complex business issues.
- May lead projects with cross‑functional teams.
- Support / Lead financial related elements of Edison Works ERP implementation and deployment.
- Coordinate with finance team members in a matrix structure on key areas impacting the business.
- Use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems that impact the function and take a new perspective on existing solutions.
- Use technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university or college.
- At least 6 years of experience in progressive finance roles.
- US Citizen, able to obtain and hold US DoD Security Clearance.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
- Aerospace and/or manufacturing industry experience or adjacent.
- Base pay range: $ - $ USD annually.
- Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary / commission based on the plan.
