Die Umsetzung der Wärmewende auf kommunaler Ebene stellt eine zentrale Herausforderung der Energietransformation dar. Unterschiedliche Technologien, regionale Rahmenbedingungen und heterogene Akteursstrukturen führen zu komplexen Finanzierungsanforderungen und Unsicherheiten in der Projektentwicklung. Ziel dieser Masterarbeit ist es, Finanzierungsstrukturen und Anforderungen für die kommunale Wärmewende systematisch zu analysieren sowie praxisnahe Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln. Die Masterarbeit wird in einem Co‑Creation‑Prozess mit ausgewählten Finanzakteuren und ggf.
weiterer relevanter Akteure durchgeführt.
