Regional Banker​/Teller

Position Overview

As a Regional Banker/Teller within PNC's Retail Branch Banking organization at the Logan Area Branch office, you will be based in Logan, OH. You will manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial well‑being, drive loyalty, and increase share of wallet.

• Identify and pursue proactive sales and service opportunities through various interactions, including outbound calling and teller interactions.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer relationships and position PNC solutions that drive revenue.
• Conduct lobby engagement activities, educate customers on financial products, and apply product knowledge to solve problems.
• Maintain accurate and efficient teller and branch daily operations, ensuring adherence to policies and risk management.
• Demonstrate heightened scrutiny to mitigate loss and manage risk within established limits.

• Minimum 1 year related experience in banking or customer‑facing role.
• Strong customer‑focused mindset, knowledge of PNC values, and ability to tailor solutions.
• Proficiency in managing risk and adhering to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Accountability, proactive sales competency, and digital awareness.
• Experience with banking products and customer needs analysis.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required. A university degree is not required but related experience, product knowledge, or certifications will be considered.

No specific certifications or licenses are required for this position.

Base Salary: $33,750.00 – $56,250.00. The role is incentive eligible based on company, business, or individual performance.
