In this role, you will play a key part in driving the Group’s financial planning and reporting processes, consolidating and analyzing financial information across the business, and providing senior stakeholders with the transparency and insights needed to steer the organization successfully.

• Take ownership of the end-to-end financial planning process for the UK and Group Business divisions, including Mid-Year Forecasts, Reforecasts, and 5-Year Business Plans
• Ensure that the Group strategy is effectively embedded into financial planning activities across the organization
• Provide accurate, timely, and insightful reporting to senior stakeholders, including KPI analysis, business plan reviews, and actionable recommendations
• Act as a trusted FP&A business partner across Branches, building strong relationships and supporting the achievement of financial targets
• Prepare and coordinate the Group strategic planning timetable, manage progress throughout planning cycles, and align stakeholders on key deliverables and requirements
• Support the continuous improvement of monthly and quarterly reporting through automation, standardization, and simplification, while providing analysis and commentary on performance against plan
• Collaborate with the Finance team to develop and enhance existing overhead allocation methodologies
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements and support the implementation of innovative solutions across Finance and the wider business
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and strong team spirit within the Finance function

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Several years of relevant experience in FP&A within an international environment as well as experience within the Insurance sector
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with IFRS or GAAP principles
• Strong presentation skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to prepare and deliver concise executive summaries
• Hands‑on mentality with a proactive, structured, and solution‑oriented way of working
• Excellent communication, diplomatic, and organizational skills
• Confident handling of MS Office applications, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional foreign languages are considered an advantage
