Managing Accountant
Help Build the Team Behind the Mission
We are seeking a talented and motivated Managing Accountant - Financial Operations & AR Strategy to join our team and help drive operational excellence across the organization. If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, supporting organizational growth, and making a meaningful impact behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.
Why This Role Matters
As a Managing Accountant, you will play a critical role in supporting the people, systems, and processes that keep FLF operating efficiently and effectively. This is not a traditional Accounts Receivable position. Due to the fluid nature of contingency settlements, fluctuating timelines, and evolving case valuations, you will combine advanced accounting oversight, operational process control, forecasting, and strategic communication.
Your work will directly contribute to the firm's success by functioning as both a financial operations leader and an internal control specialist. Whether designing scalable accounting workflows, strengthening reconciliation controls, building predictive aging systems, or directly supporting revenue realization through medical balance negotiations, your contributions will help strengthen our organization's foundation.
