Responsibilities- Access financial and proprietary information, information affected by the Privacy Act of 1974, and information used for competitive solicitations requiring the Contractor to sign an NDA.
- Assist the Government task managers in the daily financial administration of AFLCMC EN‑EZ assigned projects. Provide meeting support by independently developing briefing slides, charts and other products for both analytical purposes, and to communicate with customers and coworkers.
- Independently analyze and review correspondence and draft documents and provide recommended responses. Develop draft financial evaluations prior to signature by the USAF, including analysis of scope, material and man‑hour expenditures, and recommended changes to associated support contracts.
- Provide recommendations on appropriate courses of action during discussions on fiscal requirements.
- May advise and assist in conducting proposal preparation, evaluation, and discussion activities in a non‑decision‑making role as an advisor (not including A&A contracts or TOs).
- Analyze and review proposals and assist in preparing and finalizing these proposals.
- Provide recommendations and historical data for financial aspects of the proposals.
- Lead and coordinate with other office members to track expenditures, assist in the development and management of Government task managers spend plans and IGCEs if required.
- Work with office members to develop documented cost and schedule estimates for assessments.
- Execute all activities associated with the receipt of collaborator funding and the establishment, execution, tracking, and reporting of direct, as well as reimbursable, budget authority.
- Recommend methodologies for tracking man‑hour accounting in support of assessment efforts. Manage the accounting process to assure all man‑hours are accounted for and billed appropriately.
- Assist the Government task managers in monitoring financial execution to ensure the Contractor and task managers are in coordination with deliverable timelines.
- Assist in preparation of funding documents for support contracts for assigned relevant assessments.
- Perform routine administrative duties such as filing, research, coordination, attend internal meetings, and providing financial management support to the COR and task managers within the scope of the outlined duties.
- Utilize existing network resources and capabilities for sharing, uploading, routing, and downloading related financial management documentation.
- Assist the Government in developing and executing agreements and proposal document control/filing system.
- Maintain configuration control of office financial record files. Provide audit support if required.
- Assist with AFLCMC civilian pay budget execution, tracking, reporting, and associated accounting system adjustments.
- Assist in answering suspenses such as annual execution/spend plan; POM call via CMS; and Dormant Account Quarterly Review (DARQ) via ADVANA, etc. May be asked to assist SAF/AQ with R‑docs or P‑docs updates via IDECs and data for PEM parade chart development. Assist with providing SAF/FM CRA requirements and BTRs request via ASARs. Assist Government personnel in developing and executing support agreements and MIPR execution in G‑Invoicing system.
- Assist with management of travel funds via DTS and reconciled in CCaR.
- Assist in working to reconcile and close Unliquidated obligation balances.
- Assist the Government team in monitoring financial execution and report discrepancies between contractor reported expenditures and DFAS payments.
- Clearance:
Secret - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of financial management experience
- Experience supporting DoD or Air Force programs
