Join our dynamic team of Dynamic Regulatory Operations – Permanent Controls

The Permanent Operational Controller (OPC) deploys the permanent control system by applying the standards and norms defined by BNP Paribas Cardif.

He/She contributes to the mastery of the covered risks, by questioning the entirety of the control system and arguing his/her independent opinion on the robustness of the operational risk system.

Your future mission within the team

• Deploy the framework of operational risk mastery and permanent control defined by RISK ORC;
• Contribute to ensuring a robust, scalable, and coherent control system on the covered perimeters;
• Ensure assistance and advice to operational staff in matters of permanent control and monitoring of operational risks.

Ready to make a difference? Here is what we are looking for:

• 3 to 5 years of experience
• Analytical capacity and critical thinking
• Risk surveillance
• Impact / Ability to influence
• Rigor and organizational capacity
• Know and be able to use MS Office Excel tools (tables, simple formulas, searches, TDC)
• Academic training at Bachelor's level
• A current/native level of French – basic English
