Location: Germany
- Support on Financial Due Diligence projects for (inter) national transactions
- Preparation, structuring, and analysis of large financial datasets in Excel
- Creation and maintenance of analytical models (e.g. Quality of Earnings, Working Capital analyses, Cash Flow analyses) in accordance with project team guidelines
- Data validation and plausibility checks of financial information
- Assistance in the preparation of analyses, reports, and working papers
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Services, Audit, or Accounting Advisory
- Fluent in English — written and spoken
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and business fundamentals
