As part of its continued growth, the firm is looking to expand its investment team in Munich, offering the opportunity to work on high-quality lower mid-market transactions across the DACH region and Europe.

They focus on investing in high-quality lower-mid-market companies, supporting management teams to accelerate growth and create long-term value.

As part of its expansion, the firm is looking to strengthen its investment team in Munich. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly entrepreneurial and collaborative team, working alongside experienced investment professionals on attractive transactions across the DACH region and wider Europe.

• Play an active role across the full investment lifecycle, including origination, evaluation, structuring, execution and portfolio management.
• Support the execution of investments across the DACH region and broader European markets.
• Build detailed financial models, perform commercial analysis and coordinate due diligence processes.
• Prepare investment committee materials, presentations and transaction documentation.
• Work closely with portfolio company management teams to support strategic and operational value creation initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior investment professionals on fundraising, investor relations and market research where appropriate.

• Experience in private equity, growth equity, investment banking, transaction advisory or another relevant investment environment.
• Demonstrable transaction experience with strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities.
• Excellent commercial judgement and the ability to analyse complex investment opportunities.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
• Outstanding academic credentials from a leading university.
• Fluency in both German and English is essential.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, strong work ethic and a genuine passion for investing.
