Salary: $150K – $170K + 20% Target Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Director of Finance:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategy
• Partner with operations and leadership to drive performance and profitability
• Oversee financial reporting, month-end/year-end close, and variance analysis
• Evaluate capital investment decisions, ROI, and project-level financial performance
• Manage cost accounting, inventory oversight, and audit coordination
• Build financial models, KPIs, and decision-support tools

Qualifications for the Director of Finance:

• 8–10+ years of finance/accounting experience with manufacturing exposure
• Leadership experience managing teams and partnering with senior stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred
• Experience with job/project-based accounting and ERP systems
