THE IMPACT YOU WILL GENERATE
We are looking for a Banquero Select based in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
We are redefining the way we work through innovation, the latest technology, collaboration, and the freedom to explore new ideas.
In this position, your main responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the development of high-value clients through specialized advice on the organization's offerings, in order to gain the trust and loyalty of our clients.
- Growing and linking the portfolio of its clients through the management of value products: credits, investments, insurance, and commercial levers (portability, collectives, SME synergy, etc.)
- Managing the current portfolio of its clients' acquisition (variations and maturities) as well as focusing on attracting higher volumes of acquisition and new clients
- Daily execution of effective calls and visits to prospects and current clients, ensuring knowledge of its portfolio in 50% over the course of 1 year, through the management of campaigns, variations in investments, maturity of terms, and other commercial levers
- Providing differentiated attention in branch to Select clients, either by request of products or services, as well as attention to complaints and clarifications.
- Correctly filling out all product and service contracts, mainly account openings and UPLD formats, as well as attaching the corresponding documentation from the client before formalizing it and delivering it to the Branch Subdirector.
- Dominating the main commercial tools and following up providing optimal management and advice to clients and prospects ensuring the objectives of the segment.

The following requirements represent the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies for this position.
Professional experience
- Experience in attending high-value clients offering comprehensive advice on product acquisition, investment, credit, and patrimonial solutions.
- Advice on investments (funds, fixed/variable income, structured), consumer and mortgage credits
- Knowledge in credit issues, financial and accounting analysis.
Education
- Completed bachelor's degree in economic administrative areas (Accounting, Finance, Administration)
