Position Overview
As a Part‑Time Teller within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Peoria, IL. The position is in‑office and focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences, improving financial wellbeing, and extending loyalty.
Responsibilities- Process a variety of customer interactions and resolve inquiries using knowledge of banking products and procedures.
- Promote available banking solutions and refer suitable opportunities to branch staff.
- Engage the lobby to educate customers, using technology, tools, and resources.
- Adhere to all policy obligations with sound judgment within established limits.
- Support daily teller and branch operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Must possess knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform teller responsibilities; mandatory experience is not required.
- Must be self‑motivated, customer‑focused and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Compliance with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework and policies.

Roles at this level typically do not require a university/college degree, high school diploma, GED, or significant product knowledge for primary duties. Prior experience is not required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Base salary: $14.42 – $24.04 per hour. Salary may vary by location, market, skills, experience, and education. The role is incentive eligible.
