• Handle a large volume of inbound calls in a timely manner pertaining to the customer mortgage escrow account.
• Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutions
• Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service
• Provide accurate and relevant information to customers about their escrow accounts.
• Handle misc. job tasks when there is a day of low call volumes.

• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• Prefer 1 to 2 years of related experience in mortgage loan servicing with direct experience in escrow servicing, preferred
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Strong organizational skills that include the ability manage multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines, required
• Experience working in a fast paced, team environment, required
• Experience working both independently and as a team player, required
• Knowledge of PC’s and intermediate / advanced skills in Word, Excel and Outlook, office programs
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and coworkers in a timely manner
• Desire to be part of a fun and growing team.
