Key Responsibilities (Controller):
Lead and oversee all financial controlling and accounting activities in accordance with standard accounting principles. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial projections, including revenue, order intake, cost of sales, and absorption analysis. Deliver accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages. Analyze financial performance versus operating plans and present insights to senior leadership. Oversee credit, collections, insurance policies, and audit preparation.
Qualifications (Controller):
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in controlling, finance leadership, or related roles. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
Power BI experience preferred. Strong ERP and financial systems knowledge.
