The Loan Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bellevue, OH. This role is responsible for supporting the loan department through the preparation, review, and maintenance of loan documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include processing new loans, renewals, and modifications, maintaining loan servicing records, and monitoring documentation to ensure timely follow-up and completion.

The Loan Administrator will work closely with lenders and other team members to facilitate smooth loan operations and provide prompt, professional assistance to customers regarding loan inquiries. This role also includes updating systems, generating reports, and contributing to a high level of customer service consistent with community banking values.
