We are seeking a Finance Director of FP&A and Treasury to spearhead our financial planning, corporate forecasting, and global capital management strategies. This leadership role bridges financial statement preparation with robust liquidity management, corporate covenant compliance, and international risk mitigation. Serving as an advisor to the CFO and executive leadership team, you will transform complex global operational financial metrics into actionable corporate strategy, optimizing our financial tech stack and capital structure to fuel our rapid growth across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

Based at our global headquarters in Loveland, Ohio, you will have direct impact to scale our international financial footprint, drive advanced digital transformation, and guide corporate strategy during a critical era of product development and expansion. This role is not remote – it is in the office 5 days a week with occasional WFH as needed.

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Design Forward-Looking Models:
  Own the design, execution, and continuous optimization of the enterprise-wide annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, and long-range strategic planning models.
• Drive Business Intelligence:
  Standardize KPIs and executive dashboards to deliver deep-dive variance analysis, evaluating global operational performance against strategic targets.
• Strategic Decision Support:
  Partner with the executive team to evaluate product-line and regional profitability, pricing strategies, and ROI on major initiatives.
• Leadership Alignment:
  Directly manage a high-performing financial planning footprint, coordinating seamlessly with the Global Operations Controller to align actuals with projections.
• Headquarters Controller:
  Oversee 2 HQ senior accountants with responsibility for ensuring accurate accounting and controls of the headquarters functional cost centers.

2. Treasury, Capital & Team Management

• Liquidity & Cash Optimization:
  Oversee global cash management strategies, ensuring optimal working capital allocation, precise cash flow forecasting, and efficient cross-entity funding pipelines across international subsidiaries.
• Capital Structure & Funding:
  Manage corporate debt portfolios, revolving credit facilities, and banking relationships, ensuring strict compliance with covenants while minimizing global capital costs.
• Risk Management:
  
  Develop and execute comprehensive hedging and risk-mitigation frameworks for foreign exchange (FX) fluctuations, interest rates, and counter party exposures.
• Team Leadership:
  Build, mentor, and elevate a lean, high-performing finance team. Provide direct strategic oversight to core sub-functional leadership roles, including the Americas Credit & Collections Supervisor, HQ Accountants, and the Lead AP Accountant.

• Experience:
  
  10+ years of progressive finance experience, with a proven track record of leading a finance team in high-growth and/or mid-to-large-scale corporate environments.
• Leadership Mastery:
  Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and elevate lean finance teams while managing distributed or matrixed international reporting layers.
• Technical Acumen:
  Mastery of advanced financial modeling, enterprise ERPs, Microsoft tools, and Treasury Management Systems.
• Soft Skills:
  
  An advanced communicator capable of distilling complex financial concepts into compelling narratives for the C-suite, Board of Directors, and external financial institutions.
• Education/Credentials:
  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is required. An MBA, CFA, or CPA is preferred.
