Are you a strategic finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Our client is seeking an experienced accounting & finance leader to take ownership of the financial operations, guide long-term planning, and help drive sustainable growth in a start-up environment.

In this high-impact leadership role, you'll oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit coordination, and compliance while serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. What You'll Do

+ Lead and manage all functions of the finance department, including accounting, reporting, and audit activities

+ Develop and execute financial strategies that align with company goals and support long-term growth

+ Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements and key reports to senior leadership and the board

+ Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to monitor performance and identify opportunities

+ Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and internal controls

+ Partner with external auditors and support audit readiness and execution

+ Drive process improvements that enhance financial accuracy, efficiency, and scalability

+ Collaborate cross-functionally to support business operations, planning, and corporate finance initiatives

+ Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance

+ Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

+ 5+ years of progressive finance & accounting experience

+ Experience in financial planning, analysis, and audit processes

+ Solid understanding of corporate finance principles and financial statement preparation

+ Manufacturing industry experience

+ IFRS & SOX experience
