Universal Banker

First Mutual Bank is seeking a Part-Time Universal Banker 2 to deliver exceptional service to retail and small business customers. Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform services, including deposits, withdrawals, and cash handling
• Open and service personal and small business accounts
• Support consumer loan applications, documentation, and basic underwriting steps
• Promote bank products, services, and digital banking tools to meet customer needs
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and security procedures
• Perform daily balancing, reconciliation, and accurate transaction processing
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships within the local community
