These are hybrid positions based in either Troy, Michigan, or Loveland, Ohio

Commercial Alliance is experiencing significant growth in our SBA lending business, and we're looking to connect with experienced SBA professionals who want to be part of an expanding and collaborative team.

We anticipate hiring for multiple SBA-related positions and welcome candidates with experience in a variety of SBA lending functions, including:

• SBA Loan Processing
• SBA Loan Closing
• SBA Loan Operations
• SBA Loan Servicing
• SBA Support Specialists
• SBA Support Managers
• SBA Documentation and Compliance
• SBA Credit Analysis
• SBA Business Development Support

We are seeking individuals with experience in SBA lending and a strong understanding of SBA loan programs, documentation requirements, underwriting practices, operational processes, and borrower support activities.

Successful candidates may possess experience in:

• SBA 7(a), 504, and other SBA lending programs
• Loan underwriting and credit analysis
• Loan processing, closing, funding, and servicing
• Documentation review and compliance
Pipeline management and workflow coordination
• SBA operations and support functions
• Risk assessment and portfolio management
• Customer service and lender support
