The Village of Barnesville Police Department is accepting applications for the position of Full-Time Police Officer
.
Full-time Police Officers with the Village of Barnesville Police Department perform patrol operations for a coverage area of approximately 5,000 citizens
, including a hospital, schools, and numerous businesses throughout the community.
- Starting Pay – Entry Level: $25.00 per hour
- Starting Pay with
Experience:
Up to $27.00 per hour

The Village of Barnesville Police Department is offering a Police Academy Reimbursement Program for qualified candidates.
Eligible candidates may be reimbursed for academy expenses upon successful completion of OPOTA and a two-year commitment to the Barnesville Police Department

Candidates will be subject to a background check and drug screen
