• Provide styling services and related treatments with artistry and customer focus, including colors, perms, and contemporary trends.
• Build and maintain a strong clientele base; work with walk-in customers and develop repeat business.
• Earn compensation through commissions and/or hourly wages, whichever is higher, with potential quarterly increases based on productivity.
• Participate in ongoing training and development (online and in-person).
• Engage in a professional, team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive salon culture.
